Former Employee2.9Dec 2, 2024There is a lack of opportunities as an SDR (CSD), they want you to stay in the SDR role for 3 years. They give you a promotion each year if you hit the target, but it's within the SDR role, so you'll go from SDR to Senior SDR, etc.
