On my team, 3 of 5 reps have hit or surpassed their targets, which speaks to the attainability of our goals. While the team's quota attainment percentage has dropped from 80% to 60% since my last review, this isn't due to systemic issues. The two reps who didn't hit quota were impacted by specific circumstances: one was on parental leave, and the other has since churned.

I will say when I first joined, Workday was the spot to be. Now that there is new leadership, it’s more like your typical company. Comp structures are constantly changing and not in our favor. They also just let go of 2,000 people for “Ai”. Not sure how other companies are doing but talk to someone before joining, just so you know what you’re getting yourself into.
