It’s been a very tough year economy wise, Accounts are spending less which has caused some issues but outlook is still bright.

Good product that works, happy customers, very competitive base/ESPP ("golden handcuffs"). Working here is commodity selling: the good news is, everyone needs ERP/HCM; the bad news? everyone needs ERP/HCM so with the market saturation where it is, these deals are a race to the bottom.
