Best: Great product and generally motivated pre-sales and solution architect team. 98 % customer retention rate globally and 100% in apac.
Worst:  New power dynamics create frictions between department making collaboration trickier.

Depends on the role, which one are you interviewing for?

Answer

I worked at Workiva for 10+ years.  The culture is quite different from the early days, as expected.  More processes for processes/hoops to jump through to complete a simple task.  Also very micro managed. The product itself and presales are fantastic, but increasing competition with lower price point make it more challenging.  Management is not willing to budge on price like the old days to get the win and expand the platform from within.  Partnerships are good.

The culture is fantastic, lots of transparency from leader ship, overall great people, and decent shot and hitting quota

The only negative although I’m not sure if we caught a negative, but rather the biggest challenge in terms of juggling be working with overlays .
