My overall experience was positive. I worked with some great people, except for my direct line manager. Unfortunately, this person went out of their way to make the experience, not enjoyable. If not from my direct line manager, most likely I would’ve stayed. By the time that leadership wanted to address it, it was too late.

There have been many recent changes that have totally changed the culture and leadership in the past year. It used to be 100% when I joined the company in 2019. The company really cared about people and hiring the right people but this has changed.
