Overall experience was neutral, my team and I were setup to fail but Workiva did as much as they could to reconcile. Not a bad place to work at all. Benefits are great.

Leadership talk a lot about the culture but the truth is they have built a unique and great culture. The danger is this is under threat (as with any business) as company continues to grow and hires people that aren't bothered or bought into the same culture/vision.
