Current Employee Leadership is very bad - direct managers are good - but inside sales leaders are brutal - Compensation is not fair - territories are not fair - true top achievers are not fairly recognized and consistently overlooked - promotion opportunities are very few and far between and complete opposite of what they sell you on - Inside sales org is a trap and are strictly trying to retain talent and not promote internally - Inside sale leaders have no personal experience and are so far removed from actual processes
