Former Employee Workleap feels like two different companies under one roof. On one side, there’s a strong, well-run IT organization. On the other, the HR Tech platform is still finding its footing and figuring out what it wants to be long term. If you’re joining the HR side, expect compensation to lean more heavily on salary, with quotas based on ambitious ACV targets that have never been reached due to smaller deal sizes. Most reps tend to land around 25–30% attainment each quarter.
There have been a lot of product changes, including a major shift away from the original platform and a reduction in SKUs. Quotas, however, haven’t really adjusted to reflect those changes. That said, this is clearly a company in transition, and there may be opportunities to grow into management roles. For individual contributors, though, the day-to-day sales experience can feel limited while things continue to evolve. Browse Other Reviews
