The organisation has been great. It's in an interesting place in Australia being the market leader and still after so many years is the disrupter in the cloud space. As expected, this does benefit achieving sales targets.

Culture 1 yr ago was quite good. Lots of positivity and strong team vibe. With the recent reorg and 800+ layoffs globally, as well as new sales leadership changes, the current vibe in the Canadian GTM team is quite negative.
