Management is very clearly driven by numbers without providing successful tools to the sales team. Territories determine success, which means some will close pipeline and others who work hard will not come close simply because of the luck...Read More

I don’t know one person at my level/role who got even close to hitting goal. Would guess 80% or more weren’t over half of goal. Corporate does seem to be making changes and seems to realize they over hired for the opportunities...Read More
