It’s a good organization but if you aren’t on the Multifamily team it’s really hard to hit quota. They give the same quotas to everyone regardless of team, deal size, etc. it’s pretty crazy

New CEO should hopefully change things in favor of sales teams but old Executive leadership is still in place. Market is becoming more competitive for our product.
