training is great for anyone looking to get into sales for the first time. Teaches you the foundation of sales and makes you equipped for future positions. You have to have a hustle and fearless mentality to do good in this role. A lot of leads are former advertisers or people tired of hearing from Yelp. Great for someone out of college or has that hustle in them. You are expected to make over 80 calls a day so it gives a call center vibe.

My overall experience was good. Training was solid. Compensation lacked however - even when performing well.
