Current Employee2.3Sep 15, 2025Used to be a great place to work. The number of AEs who hit their quota is very low. A lot of favoritism. This translates into a better territory. If you know how to play the game, you'll be fine, but it takes time to build those relationships.

Former Employee2.6Aug 21, 2024A private equity company purchased Zendesk and things went downhill. At one point I was aligned to 4 AEs. Got put on a coaching plan and the only coaching was to "make more calls"
