Major culture change since PE took over, some people don't like it. It is a run the numbers sales house now. Mgmt watches calls, meetings, pipeline very closely - regardless of performance and attainment. Accept that, and this is a good place to be with PE putting millions into R&D, creating a very competitive product in the cx market. Very good product.

Excellent culture of support, collaboration and empathy. It’s not your typical sales org, it’s unique, the leaders understand the complexities in the deals and offer hands on guidance when needed.
