My experience at this sales organization has been positive overall. The product we offer is top in the market, which key when selling. Additionally, the organization provides competitive salaries that are up to standard in the market. The flexibility of remote working has also been a significant advantage, allowing for effective time management and work-life balance. There's a healthy inbound pipeline (within smb). The outbound motion is very much in its infancy and not something that Zendesk has nailed yet. BDR's are struggling to hit target lately.

The team is made up of genuinely nice, collaborative people with a strong customer-first mindset. AI is rapidly transforming this industry, and Zendesk is making meaningful strides in that direction. The product has a strong fit for SMB and Mid-Market segments, though it’s not yet fully optimized for the needs of large Enterprises.
