My overall experience was excellent. My time at Zendesk marked the most pivotal growth of my career and I had exposure to many areas beyond my SC role, entrusted with taking on additional projects and responsibilities that furthered my skillset. I had great leadership and loved working within a global team. Great company culture.

People are burned out because of internal politics. Still a place you can make a lot of money with one deal.

Awful. Company just ended formal DEI practices. Pipe is dry and competition is getting fiercer, yet we are a premium priced product.

Pay was really good but the new leadership team is so dissappointing. They're moving all role eventually to low cost locations outside of the USA.
