Former Employee3.3Aug 19, 2023Zendesk is going through a tough patch with the ownership & leadership changes, several things are broken (esp on operational, marketing sides), increasing silos, several rounds of redundancies based on cost cutting not skills… Wouldn’t recommend for next 6-12 months at least (2023-2024)
