Former Employee3.0Jan 28, 2025Zillow is amazing. The market is NOT. Many reps got laid off because of this. Better service needs to be provided across the org to maintain client satisfaction. Many clients/agents have had a bad experience or had trouble seeing ROI and they are difficult to bring back on.

They tend to be disconnected and clueless which led to poor business decisions. Loved my immediate team, the general environment, and the product itself
