Zillow is amazing. The market is NOT. Many reps got laid off because of this. Better service needs to be provided across the org to maintain client satisfaction. Many clients/agents have had a bad experience or had trouble seeing ROI and they are difficult to bring back on.

The company will invest heavily in products that look good on the surface, waste time and money to circumvent critical branding and brand loyalty, and then will pivot sales efforts entirely halfway through launch, re-org twice and then blame front line teams for not meeting unrealistic aggressive expectations.
