Great company to work for, great quality of life. Not the best base pay as only in my first year. But achievable and very clear commission structure. Fairly easy OTE as long as you have the work ethic and meet KPIs. Great leaders and teams, a lot of change but that’s everywhere in tech and in particular real estate right now. Only down side is hard to make “ALOT”of money but more than good enough OTE. Very easy product to sell.

I have worked in the agent sales and acquisitions org for several years. Gone through several re-orgs, re-structures, changes to comp… there’s at least 2 significant org changes every year that will impact how you sell and impact your commissions.
