Zillow Rentals is a mixed bag - beware! This year, Leadership cut base pay by and did not increase OTE. This obviously received a heated reaction from sales, but the changes are meant to reward "a competitive sales org and accurately reflect market rates." In actuality, they pay well under market rates in comparison to other companies. In fact, they have raised quota every single quarter and for Q2 FY25, quota doubled and in some truly bizarre cases it increased by 230%!! They're gunning for double digit growth at ANY cost. In the past, Rentals hit over 70% in quota attainment, but with these new changes, it looks like they're looking to churn and burn like every other tech company.

Overall strong company! As we know real estate has had many changes since Covid and the NAR settlement. Zillow is quick to make changes for their sales teams to be in the best position and competitive.

Being told I would make Way more even in year one. Was told ya hit 70% quota attainment I did over that still didn’t get the the pay they had sold me on when I took the job. Horrible leads as well
