Current Employee1.6Nov 27, 2024I wouldn't have accepted the offer if I knew that I wouldn't be given a FAIR (keyword: FAIR) shot at being successful. Morale is low across the board and managers do play favorites. Unless you want to be overworked, constantly berated by unhappy customers and constantly stressed about keeping your job month-over-month, I suggest you pass on Zillow.
