Former Employee Zillow was a good company to work for the majority of my career. However, the tight knit feel it used to have declined over time. It used to be presented as a flat-organization but did not feel that way in the last year of my time there. Zillow encourages you to bring your whole self to work and promotes they champion diversity and inclusion but this only applies if you align with their liberal, left-leaning principles. Not all employees are given the same due process, but if you keep your head down, focus on your work, and don't expect too much from the culture they promote, you will have a great time working there. Despite the negatives, still have a lot of great people, great work/life balance, solid benefits, and role responsibilities that are easy to follow and execute.
The true best part of working at Zillow if you have a client/partner-facing role is the clients you work with and the industry events you do. Browse Other Reviews
