Use to be an amazing company. New leadership came in and changed the culture, from, ownership, autonomy, collaboration, to micro management, fear, amd stick. They dont want individuals, they want followers. The nucleus is good and hopefully leadership changes because zillow was an amazong company.

Overall solid company, people whine but it’s easy to make 150k in smb here, not cold calling, not prospecting, just responding to inbounds, that’s incredibly rare. All of that while still having free health insurance and 3 weeks of paternity leave. One day this place will likely stink, that day is not today.
