Current Employee3.4May 6, 2025Quota attainment has steadily dropped due to increase in quota's. Previously the lower salary was manageable because we could exceed quota to make our bonuses. Overall great company, but going through growing pains. The benefits and people are amazing and the ability to work remote makes up for the lower pay structure.
