It feels like the Agent Software and Advertising side of the business is in shambles. VP, director, and senior leadership are disconnected from front line sales teams. My direct managers is an rockstar and cares deeply about us, but they seem to be going through it as well. Flex and Rentals seem to be great orgs within the company, just stay clear of Agent Software and Advertising for now. It’s sad because everyone talks about how great things used to be.

leadership is awful here. Q2 2025 they tripled quotas and barely anyone hit but yet they still are keeping people on performance plans. Books change every quarter so it's impossible to build a relationship. We also get hit with cancels/suspensions meaning if a partner that we didn't sell but is now in our book of business and they missed a bill, it counts against us....Read More

Growing product offering and usage. Sales targets are very high this year with much fewer reps hitting quarterly quota.
