I work on the Zillow Rentals team and have had great success over the past few years earning different promotions and a Senior title. We have a product that fits the market need and our brand speaks for itself. Goals are set fairly and they are reasonable. Compensation is not bad, but could be better, especially commission potential. Great leadership and team culture. Overall, very happy to be working here. Zillow in general is also a great company to work for.

Thinking Zillow is a cool company because its a known app people use sucks you into thinking the sales operation is in any way competent or has any sense of direction. They are lost, definition of toxic workplace and being treated like a number.
