Zillow Rentals Specific: Overall, Zillow is a great company whose leadership genuinely cares. Challenge: they move the goal posts too often on goals, and you can be fired with two missed quarters. This creates stress both because you can lose your job and your earning potential.

Good overall but they had some real challenges when the housing market changed and brought in poor choices for senior management. They tend to be disconnected and clueless which led to poor business decisions. Loved my immediate team, the general environment, and the product itself
