Former Employee Sales org follows a meat-grinder approach, where they hire on 10-20 reps, half of which will be gone by the first month. After you finish "Dev-bay" you get a ramp month and then are thrown onto full quota. If you miss quota two months in a row, you're now on a PIP. Miss one month on the PIP and you're gone. Leadership will "offer" help and provide none. They don't really need to. They'll have two new team members by the end of the month. Browse Other Reviews
