Leadership is disconnected from what their sales team truly needs in order to be successful. The product fit is lagging in the market space and user acquisition of the platform is not increasing, making it increasingly more difficult to create successful partnerships that we sell.

The concept and idea behind the product is great and would provide a strong market fit, however, the results were not delivered as promised to clients. Zip is a clear #2 in the market with no product innovation.
