Current Employee The concept and idea behind the product is great and would provide a strong market fit, however, the results were not delivered as promised to clients. Zip is a clear #2 in the market with no product innovation. They have a strong brand recognition which helps get meetings, but the lack of a clear differentiator hurts the chances of closing business. Throughout 2021-2022, the market masked this but now that competition for dollars has increased, Zip is being squeezed out of deals on a more regular basis with net new Enterprise business.
