Leadership got a bad rap but if you show you want to win they will support you. However there are ELT and c suite who consistently make decisions that don’t align with best industry practices making things harder for the sales team. Like many places they are looking for ways to pay us less. Also good luck getting folks away from Indeed.

Leadership is disconnected from what their sales team truly needs in order to be successful. The product fit is lagging in the market space and user acquisition of the platform is not increasing, making it increasingly more difficult to create successful partnerships that we sell.
