Overall a good experience to get experience with an Account Executive job title. Hiring can be finicky but focus on the core industries and you should hit quota. They are quick to issue PiPs as soon as you miss quota one month.

This organization has proved to be completely incompetent. They change sales goals on a whim. They put retention for accounts that have never billed that amount. You also have a ridiculous upsell goal that makes achieving goal hard. No one has attained goal in over 5 quarters now. They keep moving the goal post.
