This organization has proved to be completely incompetent. They change sales goals on a whim. They put retention for accounts that have never billed that amount. You also have a ridiculous upsell goal that makes achieving goal hard. No one has attained goal in over 5 quarters now. They keep moving the goal post. They drop minimum to 70% not 100% because they know those numbers cannot be achieved.

Sales org follows a meat-grinder approach, where they hire on 10-20 reps, half of which will be gone by the first month. After you finish "Dev-bay" you get a ramp month and then are thrown onto full quota. If you miss quota two months in a row, you're now on a PIP. Miss one month on the PIP and you're gone.
