Conflicting messaging - Leadership consistently says one thing, but does another. The company is willing to sacrifice longterm client relationships for a short term gain. This culture isn't unique to sales but permeated throughout the organization for years. As you can see in the stock price, we're paying for our short sighted nature. Overall, ZI is a slightly above average place to sell.

If you want to grind and work like a dog, and do at least 5-10 hours of extra prospecting to hit quota every month, then this is the position for you! I get the grind, but seriously, make quota and heaters a little more attainable for people who want to have a life outside of work.

ZoomInfo when I started, had an abundant amount of lead flow, positive management, unlimited PTO, and equity. They definitely lost a lot of their foundation for their sales culture.
