Since I've been here, quota has been increased, commission decreased, and expectation increased all around with no increase in pay. Competitors are entering the space more aggressive than ever and price does it make it a bit more difficult to make actual sales. Training is okay. They provide what they can but doesn't help with actual opportunities created- this does depend on the manager though. They do provide tools for reps to use.

company does not care about SDR's at all. they mess with comp structure and make the job harder and pay you less. total boiler room.
