My Overall experience is great! I have great management and I have learned a lot! The base comp is the most I have had and the OTE could be better though. This is the first software company where I feel I can build a long term plan for growth at! They listen to your growth plans and try to help you as much as they can. I can be remote while still feeling connected to my team across the US!

If you want to grind and work like a dog, and do at least 5-10 hours of extra prospecting to hit quota every month, then this is the position for you! I get the grind, but seriously, make quota and heaters a little more attainable for people who want to have a life outside of work.
