ZoomInfo has been a good company to work for. Great product market fit, solid inbound lead flow, strong leadership/management, good commission (once you've been there for 1 year +). Need to prove your worth for a year or so then you start getting better quality and quantity of leads. Due to recent changes like raising quota by 20% and changing metrics required for promotion moral has dropped. This was a company I was very happy at and well compensated but now hitting accelerators and bonuses requires at least 8 hours of overtime a week and that’s not acceptable
