My overall experience at ZoomInfo was somewhat disappointing. From the leadership dan, there was a used car salesman type of an attitude and that was disappointing for a company that is public, worth over $1 billion, and has a great product.

In one year the team I had been on had 7 people either leave or fired on a team of 7. You do the math. My new hire cohort had 35 people in it, I believe only 7 are still with the company. Work here if you can deal with churn and burn mentality.

I think ZoomInfo is marketing leading with data. Regarding Diversity and Inclusion, I do see very little focus or commentary from leadership.
