Zoominfo is a great company that seeks to train their SDR's to be the best they can be. We are well equipped to do our jobs. However, as with any company during these times, there's been a lot of shuffling from execs, down to SDR's. Obviously stock reflects how well a company is really doing, so do your own research on that end. No real structure for raises as an SDR, unless you move into a new role. Very frustrating.

There was a very strong inbound lead flow when I first entered this role. The quality of the leads were also very good. This led to a lot of success.
