There was a very strong inbound lead flow when I first entered this role. The quality of the leads were also very good. This led to a lot of success. Over the last couple of years, the lead flow and the quality of leads drastically decreased. This completely changed the role and ultimately expectations that leadership set forth. Because of this, many within this role are in a constant panic worrying if they will hit quota.

Not a word spoken about ZoomInfo on glass door is false. Great place to work if you’re smashing it. But it’s cutthroat, hyper masculine, reactionary & myopic. Id recommend working here if they pay you more than other companies. If they don’t, look elsewere.
