It’s been overall pretty solid. I’m an entry level role and the managers across the board have all been great from what I’ve experienced. We had some downsizing occur for a shift of focus to go more upmarket, so it’s been an interesting change of things. They pushed back promotional paths quite a bit more than most of us would like, so there’s some uncertainty for promotion whereas 6 months ago it was a clearer path.

ZI is my first tech job experience. From my understanding because it's hustle hustle hustle here that if you go almost anywhere else you will do great. They really focus on dials even though the majority of my completes come from email and text messaging. I wish they had a better balance when it came to dial kpi.
