ZoomInfo is a bit of a boiler room, but the leaders are very good. They’ve done the job, they’ll coach you up, and they’ll join calls to help you win deals. Monthly quota is a heavy burden but senior leadership is looking to evaluate more on a quarterly basis. Self prospecting is key as Commercial AE - best leads go to AE II and AE III, so you need to know how to go find your deals.

Base seems to be slightly below others in industry, compensation structure is competitive but often has changes which does not provide a sense of security.

New to the role so limited view. Compensation is average to below average for the space. Product market fit is solid, mid managers have been solid so far. Teammates have been excellent.
