Former Employee Zoominfo has the best product and it’s really fun to sell. The culture used to be truly better than anything you could imagine. Unfortunately certain members of the leadership team have made it unbearable to work there. Many of us sellers still want to work there, but it’s no longer an option because of how crazy some of the managers are.
Additionally the CxOs are tone deaf and continue to make shocking decisions that make you question if they want sellers to attrit. ZI needs to get out of their own way.
