Current Employee My experience has been absolutely great. To be fair, ZI is a big company so it may not be like this across the board. However, for how big the company is I’ve been blown away by the great culture and leadership from my experience. All of the leadership I’ve interacted with have been amazing. They don’t treat you like a scrub, they truly value your input and are always willing and ready to help.
The job itself is straightforward and it’s like a typical SDR grind. The good news, is that any of our products are good market fits wherever you land. Sales teams and companies will need data, and that’s not gonna change anytime soon.
If you’re considering applying, I would 100% do it. My last sales job gave me a level of PTSD for sales and I thought I was gonna be done with it forever. ZoomInfo has completely redefined what it means to be in sales for me in the best way, especially one that operates at a high level and is filled with winners. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
