Current Employee I moved from a sales role to teaching our end users how to use our product. steep reduction in pay but I am so much happier. My manager in my last role sensed my distress and actively had conversations with me, encouraging me to look for internal roles in other departments. I am deeply grateful for the effort and motivation that management models. I know many of my co-workers unfortunately do not have management that's as intuitive or attentive. I will admit I am lucky.
