Current Employee Compensation can be great, IF you are above quota. No transparency into what specifically (accounts, amounts, etc) went into your quota determination. It is a very demanding culture, working on weekends and your PTO is expected and praised. Many layers of support are being stripped away and the expectation on Account Managers is continuously increasing, with no additional compensation. Feedback is always asked for but never actually taken into consideration. If you are willing to work incredibly hard, ok with long hours and ok with handling stress/micromanagement - you CAN make a lot of money but that is also dependent on your book of business.
