Less than I excepted. Weird changes when they went public and quota went way up. Slow to promote if any and will hire externally.

Tons of pros and cons like any company. Great product, tough to sell into existing accounts. Quotas are very high and every account book is given the same metrics, a lot of inequity in books makes results vary greatly.
