Product is solid, but sales org from Mass to Upmarket has struggled. Oftentimes it feels like a broken compass with the directive and are getting pulled in multiple directions. That said, this feels like most tech sales roles; it's part for the course with the insane growth that's happening within the space and for how ubiquitous AI has become.

Zoom has offered great opportunities but now lacks momentum and is becoming commodity. Very hard to compete against Microsoft and other established players in the new segments addressed by Zoom.

The constant turmoil in the sales organization is horrible and moral and pressure is the worst of any company I have seen.
