Product is great, but processes are a mess, data is terrible and the businesses expectations are insane. Account Execs expected to wear so many hats and there isn’t enough time for all of it. Middle management don’t help, they only care about spreadsheets and how they’re viewed by seniors. Should be a great place to work, but sadly is not.

Zoom has been incredible for me personally as a Sales Professional. Sure, there are things we need to work through as an organization, but at the macro level it's a VERY good company to work for.

Great product fit but leadership is frequently shifting execution and go to market strategies. Compensation structure allows top sellers to well surpass their OTE. However, this is becoming increasingly difficult to achieve and Zoom does a poor job of increasing OTE based on attainment or tenure. Overall a good product in a tough selling market.
